Alessandra Gianino Soprano Norwell, MA Undeclared 2017

More commonly known as Big Al, Alessandra comes from a small suburb in Massachusetts, and she couldn't be more excited to be living in one of the most happenin' cities. Ale loves animals, and though she spent much of her childhood getting down and dirty, she devoted much of her time to musical theatre, piano playing, and singing, passions that stuck with her to USC. Ale was introduced to the a Cappella world at her high school, Milton Academy, where she performed and arranged for Octet (shout out to my Octities). She also took an avid part in the choral scene, having the privilege to perform at Boston Symphony Hall and the Bushnell. Now 3,020 miles away from home, Ale is supah ecstatic to be singing with her new family, the SoCal VoCals! She couldn't feel more honored to be making wonderful music with such a talented group of people. To learn more about Ale, look for her around campus staring at butterflies, perfecting her Target Lady impersonations, and preachin' Missy Elliot lyrics. Remember, if it's worth it, you should work it.

"What do you do to younger people? Oh yeah, HAZE HIM!!"
