Since graduating from school and the VoCals, Ryan has continued working for the university's Information Services Division as the lead programmer for the ICS group which is mostly responsible for the campus user labs. In July of 2005, he proposed to his longtime love Erika Diamant and she said yes! The marriage is scheduled for August 2006. Ryan also recently became the VoCals' new staff advisor at USC taking over for Hylon Heaton who left the university for a new job with Ticketmaster.
