Considering this bio is one of the first items that pops up for his name on a Google search, Brian realizes that the former bio might have been somewhat offensive. The previous bio on this page was created from a completely innocent comedic mindset a long time ago one afternoon in a Denny's. If you know him personally, you know that Brian has the utmost pride in his Arkansas heritage and would never consciously offend the people of that great state.
He would like to take this opportunity to correct the situation and apologize to those he might have misled.
That being said, Brian spent 3 wonderful years with the group as primarily a bass, but was a solid vocal percussionist when needed. Although not always the most sentimental, he can honestly say that the VoCals have probably helped define him more than any other group has. Whether or not he is performing in any facet, Brian still wears the attitude of a VoCal: dedicated, self-sufficient, continually looking to improve himself, and never afraid to cut loose and have a little (or a lot) of fun.
Currently, Brian resides in Lake Balboa, CA with his beautiful wife, Lindsay, who is currently expecting their first child. No longer actively pursuing his once diligently sought after acting career, Brian finds other ways of performing, including a semi-alumni group of the VoCals aptly named, The SoCals, who competed in NBC's 2010 First Season of The Sing Off. Brian's next sights are set on a career in broadcast journalism in the sports field. He currently operates a sports blog called Hatchline, named after a nickname given to him from the VoCals. Check it out at www.hatchline.blogspot.com.
Brian would like to take this final opportunity to thank his family and friends who have supported him in everything he's done. He wouldn't have had this much success in life without them. Oh, and one final thought... Go VoCals.
