Katie Lovejoy is surprisingly a writer. No really. She is a writer. A screenwriter, actually. Which probably explains why she’s taken almost five months to write a bio. And not a very good one at that. Perhaps one of the only non-BFA acting majors in the group, Katie manages to fit into the Vocals by being a BFA Screenwriting major. She writes the VoCals in and out of her life as they leave for their various auditions, rehearsals, and shows, imagining that one day, they will be leaving to perform in one of her shows… or movies… or television series. In the meantime, however, since her dream is relatively far away, Katie sings soprano in the SoCal VoCals, and is super excited about it! A member for only a few months now, Katie now knows what the night sky looks like after 1:30 AM and what it means to be “cool.” She still isn’t… but at least she knows what it means now.
