Corey was one of the rare graduate students to sing with the VoCals, but he somehow managed to get along with the kids. Brought in primarily for his vocal percussion skills, Corey contributed several arrangements to the group and occasionally graced the audience with his singing ability. Now that his college career is over, Corey has retired his a cappella SINGING jersey for the third time, besting Michael Jordan for number of times retired and number of comebacks. Corey remains active in the a cappella community as an album reviewer for the Recorded A cappella Review Board (RARB), a nominator for the Contemporary A cappella Recording Awards (CARAs) and he produces the annual "Voices Only" a cappella compilation album with VoCals founder Brock Harris.
